Education has been affected by various factors in the political, social and cultural spheres, which is why changes have been made in its objectives. Due to the growing educational need, reflective teachers are required, who are committed to their work, who are not limited to presenting in the classroom, but who propose, investigate, and who consider meeting the objectives established by the curriculum. The reflective teacher must be clear about what to do and how to achieve the learning that he wants to achieve in the student, promote autonomy and self-regulation in the learning process, keep in mind the skills he possesses, make the most of them and above all, focus on deficiencies and look for strategies to solve them. In the education sector, teachers in service and teachers in training must endorse reflective practice, taking it as a tool that helps them understand the actions of their students, evaluate their performance before and during the activities they carry out in the classroom. , detecting possible problems that hinder the performance of the students and at the same time the teaching-learning process.
