There are many reasons why teachers should have reflective practice, but it is even more important that teachers in training generate it from the moment they enter their studies. Reflection is a process that is obtained from experiences and that is complemented with knowledge, skills, attitudes and values, where the essential thing is not theoretical knowledge but rather the reasoning that one has in any situation to resolve it. . To reach reflection there are a series of attitudes that are necessary to follow to develop it and achieve meaningful learning in students. This document explains why it is important that teachers in training practice reflection during their studies and their practice in front of the group, since in this way when they are in service they are already critical and reflective professionals.
