Every human being has the knowledge of what is duty and what must be done to act correctly, however, this knowledge is not something that is acquired with the mere fact of being born, since intellectual, moral and personal development is an innate tendency of man, which develops according to the environment in which he grows. Therefore, society is a key element that facilitates the development of each of its individuals. The importance of knowing the factors for which legal research papers do not reflect the knowledge that students in the last year of the law degree must have or that in the development of it, do not produce knowledge, will be decisive so that during this investigation, favorable solutions can be reached for the student, the teacher and the educational institution, all as direct participants in knowledge management. For this reason, this article intends to analyze through measurement instruments aimed at both students and teachers involved in carrying out research projects.
