In this paper, the education of the emotions is postulated as a human right, for it is part of two observations, first define education from a holistic perspective and secondly consider emotional intelligence as an ability that can be developed, from which and according to the importance of emotional education in professional and personal success of individuals, it´s concluded that emotional intelligence is an aspect of training that must be addressed by being included within the right to education in general.
