Abstract

The study of victims in their different aspects and phases of victimization is a fundamental pillar in the field of criminal law, whose importance lies in understanding that the harm they experience is not an isolated phenomenon that affects them alone, but rather that transcends the social fabric, hence the importance of conceiving an integral reparation, taking into consideration the emotional, psychological, labor, social and sexual aspects derived from the loss caused, which impedes the free development of the person.
