This theoretical analysis describes in a general way how the evolution of technology has been a factor that has considerably impacted the redesign of management approaches as a result of the need to compensate for productivity shortfalls in the organizations that have occurred, where there was a considerable influence of technology on the development of new knowledge in management sciences. This analysis starts from the approach of scientific administration, reviewing the predecessor theories of the twentieth century, in which the studies of administrative sciences have been consolidated. Therefore, the objective of this analysis is to show a perspective of how the changes that drove the evolution of technology have been a factor that has impacted on the evolution of management approaches.
