The SEP Virtual Tutorial Program as a Teaching and Teaching Technician Training Process in Basic Education

Today virtual environments in basic education have great importance in learning, since from preschool, primary, secondary and high school technology is used to learn from a distance, learning never ends, so the SEP to maintain high educational standards and To strengthen the purpose of the educational quality indicated in Article 3 Constitutional has implemented the accompaniment to the training of new teachers of basic education through both face-to-face and virtual tutoring, so that an expert teacher grants support and personalized monitoring for up to two years to the new teacher in its incorporation to the public educational service, in such a way that it contributes to the educational achievement and permanence of the tutored teacher. Tutorial work is an alternative to support new teachers to reinforce their skills in training children and thereby reduce the rates of disapproval, dropout and poor performance.
