Over the years significant transformations have occurred in the health and disease processes of the population, this fact brings with it the need to provide timely and effective medical care for the diagnosis and treatment of diseases, however, in our country there are Decades around the correct implementation of health services mainly public. Although there are health insurance programs that aim to safeguard the health of the population, some problems arise due to the fact that medical services become limited due to the lack of medical personnel, material and equipment and infrastructure, and that care policies result somewhat unpleasant since a logistics within the health units (clinics and hospitals) is not properly implemented, resulting in displeasure and distrust on the part of the population, so that it is of the utmost importance to redefine the structure of health services in our country in order to provide quality care.
