The Relationship as an Investment in the Acquisition of Human Capital

This paper attempts to provide a conceptual approach to human capital, linking higher education institutions of the State of Veracruz, mainly technological, likewise, provides concepts on the profile of a graduate or professional profile, relationship between these concepts and is delving into an analysis of the need for the process linking top-level technological institutions and the productive sector organizations to sponsor the acquisition of human capital level students. It is observed during the work the need for young students not only acquire knowledge in the formal (school room‟s), but during actual practices in the productive sector, develop skills, abilities and attitudes, which will enable them to meet the challenges of everyday during their practice, thus shows the importance of the design of the professional or egress, to dictate the goals that must be met to graduate skilled professionals not only in knowledge but in skills, competencies, skills and values required by productive and social sectors.
