In the present work we pretend to address in a brief manner, one of the topics that we consider extremely relevant due to the complexity of the global environment we live today. We are talking about a topic that consists of two, on one end, the educational training and on the other end, the complexity; thus our purpose is to analyze what the perspective of educational training could be in regards to the topic of complexity, in other words, the basic postulates that an educator needs to be trained in complexity in order to apply it in his/her educational work.
