Flexibility in Teaching Practice

Teaching practice states that, in order to create a good relationship and to properly control a group of students in a classroom is required to apply certain strategies that will facilitate the control of the different manifestations, behaviors and personalities of the students to make the teaching-learning process an enjoyable experience between teacher and students and thereby create a healthy, cordial and respectful underpinned by values that promote the creation of a fertile field in which meaningful learning fully exercised . The approach in this project is that adequate teacher- student relationship should be characterized by the integration of a great deal of flexibility in the treatment of both with the aim of creating spaces beyond the orthodox, that allow not only an enrichment of the relationship but, rather, in the educational process on the basis of a tolerance established in mutual agreement and accepted by the educational institution.
