The purpose of this research is to analyze the relationship between the graduate profile of the graduate in education sciences and social needs, in the case of the University of Xalapa, Ver. Talking about recently graduated graduates is talking about the difficulties and challenges they encounter When taking a position in the labor field, because you do not have the necessary experience and meet the demands required by companies and institutions or have a job that does not match your graduation or professional profile.
