Proposal of a School Management Model for the Telesecundaria "Francisco Javier Clavijero”, from Xalapa, Veracruz (period 2016)

This present work aims to identify the model under which the management methodology is circumscribed in the Francisco Javier Clavijero telesecundaria, in the city of Xalapa, Veracruz, during the period 2016, through the description of the different models, with the purpose of applying it in the present case. Educational changes must respond to the continuous progress of society and the adaptation needs that it demands, and cannot and should not be limited to sporadic revisions of study plans and programs; On the contrary, the depth and speed of these changes requires the construction of gradual and permanent mechanisms that allow the evaluation and reformulation of the curricular contents and the forms of management of the system and of the schools in response to an increasingly diverse demand.
