Method for the Elaboration of Catalogs of Competences, a Proposal for the Effective Management of Human Capital

The adoption of the competence approach in the management of human resources calls for the creation of tools that will allow the efectivity of such management. The catalogue of competences is one of such tools; as a matter of fact, it is the most important tool. In order to create a correct catalogue of competences it is necessary to follow a method for which the following is proposed.
