The next essay presents a brief overview of historical and legal events -from our position in order of importance-, which gave tone to the regulatory system for the protection of Human Rights, the above in order to give greater clarity to what has meaning constitutional reform on Human Rights in the Mexican legal system last June 11, 2011 -because, from an abstract point of view, before the reform there was no excuse to realize a conventionality control for example, or the use the principle of pro-person-, however, we must not forget the positivist that characterizes our Mexico. No more deeply, let move on to the following.
