The Recommendations of the National Human Rights Commission and their Effectiveness

This paper describes, based on statistics from reports of the National Human Rights Commission (CNDH), which has been the effectiveness of the recommendations issued by the agency in Mexico, for it is part of some theoretical study on the concept of human rights in their legal notions and axiological and brief description of the factors that affect the use of the recommendations as protection mechanisms. The approach is quantitative analysis and information sources are documentaries, the results show that statistically poor efficacy seen in the recommendations made in recent years, leaving a trail of open challenges for this function within the CNDH.
