What do the Courts do?

Define the role of law is the purpose of this article, the question that opens the dialogue is what is done with the law? And on it has an answer that encompasses elements of deep and complex function. One leads to the functions of legal operators called Courts, since from these is that they perform the basic functions of law. Thus, this text delves into the explanation of this work of courts including: conflict resolution, social control, the legitimacy of power and even enjoyed lawmaking, all understood as mechanisms of legitimating of the system itself operating within the courts.
