Complete college and get the degree through the development of a thesis, must be the most challenging for all students, especially when after so much time, money and effort invested in the creation and development of this work, have the opportunity to market it, or simply be a reference for future projects. However all this may become impossible because of ignorance or disinterest, the works are not protected under the Intellectual Property regime. Therefore it is important to orient the student so that once developed and implemented his thesis, to retain the copyright to this project, and this brief article will attempt to provide all necessary information so you can protect your thesis and look for the registration of a patent as appropriate.
