The work of judges has a lot of assumptions which are often ignored, one of them is precisely the concept of justice and the science of lawthat has the judge, this paper addresses the definition of justice from the perspective of each of the three major legal paradigms, intended to reflect on the implications of each perspective on the practice of judges.
