The objective of this research is to be able to present a proposal to carry out the evaluation of teacher performance in a primary school, with this it seeks to contribute to the definition of the dimensions that should be considered as necessary to obtain reliable and consistent information with teaching practice; In the same way, considering self-evaluation as part of this process with a formative nature and contributing to decision-making for the improvement of teaching. The foregoing is based on what is established by law in Article 3 of the Constitution, where the search for quality education is ensured.
