This work aims, show relevant aspects of higher education in Mexico and the importance of graduate programs in the area of law, to assist with the advancement in education. Through literature review, there is the problem and displayed to the challenges facing graduate programs in the area of law in our country, in order to conclude with a number of considerations that will generate proposals in line with reality.
