Abstract

The present essay deals briefly with Francisco de Vitoria, in which his re-writings are spoken of in his work, from which natural law arises, both in its philosophical and juridical foundations, the dignity of the human being and his relation with political power, Deals with a series of rights and freedoms of the individual person, as holder of inalienable subjective rights. Finally, it is established from a doctrinal perspective in which type of philosophical foundation is framed the Victorian conception of human rights.
