This piece of paper is divide it in two different parts, the first part talks about the person and some philosophic aspects about the same, we also pay attention to the term and its evolution and the relation among laws and rights, it is very important to understand that we will disagreed with some classic doctrines about this topic. The second part of this piece of writing studies the problems about laws and the rights that every day we affect in the judgments, on behalf of we will also realize how important are human rights in Mexican law system and how they have evolved in Mexico, besides we will understand the difference and similarities between human rights and international humanitarian law.
