Evolution of Reparation within the Framework of the Inter-American Human Rights System

This essay briefly outlines how reparation has evolved within the framework of the inter-American human rights system. Thus, a brief analysis is made of its concept, origin, regional antecedents, its development of the concept of reparation in international law and the procedural autonomy of reparation.
