Abstract

The purpose of this piece of writing is to retake the essence of the political term; the meaning of politics is the common welfare and not only the detention of power, under these lines we must understand that the power is only a tool to serve society and not for serving the individuals purposes. Also this writing has established the main difference between authority and power. Nevertheless when we write about this kind of topics, it is important to put a head issues such as corruption, public opinion and mechanisms for delegitimizing authorities.

Ubaldo Márquez Roa, Escuela Libre de Derecho de Puebla

Maestro en Derecho Constitucional y Amparo por la Escuela Libre de Derecho de Puebla. Doctorando en Derecho por parte de la Escuela Libre de Derecho de Puebla, autor de los libros “Los derechos humanos en el derechos civil y familiar” y “A Temporis, Del derecho civil y familiar a los derechos humanos.”
