The education right is based onto three fundamental tenets: equal dignity of every human being, no discrimination and democratic participation. The student rights into the scholar system are put up to conclude with the public roll of State, national and international to make the accomplishment of this human right possible to achieve social stability where citizens know and demand the respect to their fundamental rights.
