Challenges and Perspectives of the Current Administration: Teacher Training Institutions in Veracruz

Higher education in the current context and as of the educational reform of 2013, has presented changes and a special case of attention is that of teacher training institutions, specifically in the advances that refer to the strengthening of this activity. In the case of Veracruz, it has been observed that the activities carried out have not been sufficient to boost the operation of the key aspects, since, on the one hand, the characteristics and geographical extension of the entity problematize the coverage of the benefits of the subsystem of Normal education and pedagogical universities and, on the other, the diversity in the work situation of its members and structures, makes it difficult to have access to institutional programs that favor professionalism, permanence and promotion within the subsystem. The present article intends to carry out an approach on the "Challenges and perspectives of the Teacher training institutions in the state of Veracruz", from a multidisciplinary point of view and critically to its public policies and the scope or limits of its institutions Formators that make up the state education system. It begins with a contextualization of teacher-training institutions emphasizing the conditions of our state; The central body will be the analysis of the actions that have been carried out for the strengthening of the normal schools and other institutions that offer programs oriented to the teacher formation from the analysis realized to the works that were done after the integration of a body Collegiate summoned by the Ministry of Education of Veracruz in 2015, to conclude, describe some of the challenges and areas of opportunity that these institutions have in our state. This article is a result of observations on the productive exchange of knowledge and experiences among experts in teacher education of various institutions of higher education in the institution such as: National Pedagogical University (UPN), Veracruzana Pedagogical University (UPV) and Public Schools of Veracruz, said exchange, was carried out during the analysis carried out to the "Guidelines for improving the initial training of teachers of basic education" submitted to consideration by the National Institute for Education Evaluation (INEE), understanding that the Analysis issued by the collegiate group like a reference source.
