The traditional methodological approach applied in the Social Sciences has lacked participatory elements, which implies a deficiency of the feedback processes, as well as limiting their contribution to the understanding of social problems. Considering the above, various methods of Participatory Action Research (PAR) have emerged that point to the production of knowledge in a critical manner, synchronizing the contributions of science and popular knowledge, to reorient them towards the transforming action of reality. Through its different techniques and methods, the PAR triggers constructive exchanges between researcher and community in which all stages of the research and social intervention process are jointly addressed. It is important to consider the use of dialogue because it gives a proactive role to the community, in addition to stimulating their participation in the diagnosis, empowerment and resolution of their problems and needs, putting an end to the imposition of exclusive logics that appropriate the local evaluation and cultural.
