This piece of writing focuses on the investigations carried out by Dr. Tripolone, according to the semantic displacement of the term war. The war has adopted many connotations, and those one make an impact on the legal world. So the investigation lead us to have a better understanding about the semantic displacement of war as a term, and we should already see how this displacement has an impact in national laws and international treaty, and also in legal system. Also we will know the impact that war denomination has already had on the social psyche and its legal background. The research carried out by Dr. Tripolone has a great impact in the legal world, that’s the reason why we make a review about it.
