The study of public health is obligatory for the interpretation of the existing and the new that happens regarding the imbalance of personal and collective welfare. Some elements serve as indicators that can be variables that can modify the course of any perspective and can be measured by levels, scales or by dimensions. Contemporary societies have different characteristics that must be studied on a personal and social level. As in situations to provide food and nutritional security, according to international organizations, is an issue that currently must be analyzed depending on the magnitudes and behavior of the population. It must be studied through its four pillars, food availability (food production at local or national level), accessibility (home or individual economy) or ability to acquire food, use and use of food (perspective on health and disease), and stability (quality of life, food acceptability).
