This article seeks to describe how the evolution of the Nation-State has been presented to a Multinational State through globalization, which has brought with it important changes at the world level modifying the main actors of the economy and the legal order, as well as the strengthening generated by private initiative, where it is observed that internationalization has been a consequence of the delocalization of society arising from the third industrial revolution that was triggered by the appearance of new information and communication technologies (ICTs). Finally, it analyzes the key moment that gave rise to the integration of Mexico to the process of Globalization, making a description of the impact that has originated this paradigm in the Mexican government.
