In the agricultural sector, organic waste is a problem for the people of the communities due to the level of pollution that is generated due to the degradation of these, being of the most important livestock, the excessive use of agrochemicals brings the loss of organic matter, infertility and soil contamination, so that the alternative of being able to generate organic food using compost generated from organic waste such as waste generated in markets and horse feces is taken. Evaluate the effect of organic mixtures of fruit, vegetable, horse manure and shavings waste. The compost was distributed in such a way that the microbial mixture reached all the materials. The quality of the compost was checked by testing germination and development of lemon seeds, obtaining a percentage of 87% germination in 11 days and against 39% germination at 21 days in a soil without compost.
