Impact of the Rules and Principles of the Constitutional State of Law on the Electoral Branch

This article seeks to expose in the foreground, the characteristics of the rules and principles of the constitutional State of Law, how they impact and materialize in the field of action of human rights, seeing themselves as leading figures in the transformation of Law and the new way of seeing the Mexican Constitution. In the background, the application of the principle of the best interests of children is discussed in a resolution of the Specialized Regional Chamber of the Electoral Tribunal of the Federal Judicial Power, regarding the use of the image of a minor in the campaign of a political party.
