For this article, it was decided to use theoretical tools, graphic resources and data available in different sources
that reveal the current situation of higher education within the national education system and the role that public
expenditure plays in the Evolution of the same. For this reason, this article is prepared in 3 sections: the first is destined to expose the theoretical sustenance of the article, the second shows the context that prevails in the national education system and higher education in order to learn the reader of Important data for the analysis and the third concludes the article with a documentary analysis of the figures.
