Digital justice is a reality in various countries of the world, in the very particular case of Mexico, digital trials have been implemented with relative success, which has meant that studies on digital evidence have to be emphasized, increasingly common to be processed in electronic trials and non-electronic trials, but said digital evidence requires new forms of improvement, new forms of legal validation and of course, a re-dimension of the paradigms of digital evidence that today require greater professionalization of the guild of theoreticians and practitioners of legal science.
