Constitutionality of the Social Right to Health of Transgender Migrants

The present investigation runs on the analysis of the three degrees of vulnerability that trans migrants have according to human rights and the constitutionality of the social right to health of trans migrants. The various concepts about trans are mentioned, as well as the types and characteristics of the migration of transgender people; Reference is made to international and national regulations that trans migrants must have the right to health, regardless of their stay within Mexican territory, as established by the Mexican Constitution, as well as some recommendations are suggested to comply with the agreements, treaties, pacts and international conventions that Mexico has ratified and that must be in accordance with the supreme law of the country and, finally, some conclusions of this investigation are mentioned.
