Taxes are the source of contributions that generates the most income for the Mexican State and their objective is to solve social spending and thus fulfill the goal of well-being that a population should enjoy. However, when these become excessive, they reflect an abuse for the citizens and it is very difficult for the population to feel comfortable contributing to public spending, especially if their destination is used in programs for electoral purposes to remain in power certain politicians, giving a different purpose to this income, impacting on a low collection and that this does not generate the fulfillment of the purpose of the State.
