Business Sustainability, Towards the Construction of a New Business Model

The present documentary research work with a descriptive approach and non-experimental design, aims to analyze the new paradigm of company management; the paradigm of sustainable business, understanding this as the way to manage an organization seeking economic, social and environmental development in its areas of influence. The study is based on corporate social responsibility, analyzing its concept, applications and the impact it has had on the business model of contemporary companies. The study continues analyzing corporate sustainability, as the way to make the social responsibility of the organization tangible, its characteristics, scope and scope of application, addressing the case of Mexican companies in relation to the fulfillment of the objectives for the sustainable development of the 2030 agenda and the challenges that lie ahead, in terms of monitoring and evaluating actions; In this sense, the study of the Sustainability Guide of the Mexican Stock Exchange (BMV) is addressed as a reference document, which through good practices in six dimensions, presents a guideline to implement a sustainable business model, evaluating the design of the organization with respect to business sustainability, establishing the degree of appropriation of the concept in the substantive functions of the entity, finally by way of synthesis and paying the theoretical support, a summary proposal for a follow-up table is presented to evaluate and give continuity to the implementation of a base model of
sustainable management, which can help as a reference for organizations in the adoption process.
