Abstract

This article talks about an important topic of juridical and social transcendence, it is meaning to the same sex marriage, the article analyses precisely the needing of changing from a basic topic as marriage as an institution of civil law. Although it achieve a small study in order to help us to understand a little more about the transformation of the same marriage, this by analyzing some central jurisprudence created by the Supreme Court. But this piece of writing in any moment tries to change the reader‘s point of view about same sex marriage; we pretend to deliver a wider point of view in order to create a more objective review.
