The control of constitutionality should not be limited to the Collegiate Courts or the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation, due to the new obligation for all the judges to protect, guard and enforce the Supreme Law that was created with the constitutional reform of 2011, which establishes that among others, the Federal Court of Fiscal and Administrative Justice must exercise diffused control of constitutionality.
