Qualitative and Quantitative Research Models and their Application in the Study of Law

This article examines the methodology applied to the Right, from the study of some methods and models, and also its nature, purpose and possible applications to the study of Law. Scientific research is discussed and the main techniques and instruments of quantitative and qualitative models of research; exemplifying some designs that can be used in a specific object of legal research, in the context of teaching and learning of legal science at the university level.
