Various proposals have existed, to reform the punitive regulations of both the states and the federal one, in order to establish a chapter that can provide legal coverage and protection to legally protected assets that could be violated through new technologies and which have gone away. strengthening based on postulates such as those carried out by the following authors: Carlos Sarzana, in his work Criminalitá e Tecnología, computer crimes include "Any criminogenic behavior in which the computer has been involved as material or as an object of the criminogenic action, or as a mere symbol"
