Cybersecurity and the construction of the concept has its roots in the vision of a globalized world, supported by the development of technique and technology as a strategic control instrument for the expansion of markets and the strengthening of an economy focused on a corporate project. that brings together a “world community.” In that sense, we are talking about a hegemonic and universalized discourse of the social, political and economic security of all those who live on this planet, including those who do not agree with the protocols (hackers) that are installed by the organizations. leaders (governments, business corporations) that make decisions about the purpose and way of addressing human security, using cyber resources.
