Institutional experience on the role of the knowledge stakeholders in the local governance for the municipal strengthening

This article analyses the academic connections phenome between the knowledge stakeholders (universities) with the municipal administration, for this, was developed a qualitative investigation since a systematic review that it turned out in opportunities areas about the behavior of the knowledge actors in the academic connection, concerning the institutional experience to obtain the municipal strengthening. It concluded that it required an actuation frame that includes alternatives to put in action since the legal attributions of the municipal administration.
