Legal hermeneutics as a discipline of knowledge that studies the interpretation of legal norms and the different methods of interpretation, has had to evolve, in the face of technological advances and the increasingly growing impact of artificial intelligence, to give rise to a subdiscipline called digital legal hermeneutics, which provides, among other aspects, the so-called artificial interpretation methods, which focus on the use of applications based on artificial intelligence to interpret the legal norm and thereby contribute to the jurists in the different areas of application of the science of law. Digital legal hermeneutics and the methods and techniques of artificial interpretation are conceptual contributions of this research work, also providing a new method called “Azuara Method of artificial interpretation”, which contemplates and defines their respective artificial interpretation techniques. In addition to the above, a field study was carried out that allowed establishing the existing trend on the use of artificial intelligence in jurisdictional activity.
