Water, Justice and Migration in Mexico: a Reflection from the Human Right to Water

This essay addresses the issue of migration caused by water scarcity in Mexico, which deals with the Impact it causes, pointing out the concept and international instruments that alternate on environmental human mobility; It is mentioned that water scarcity causes migratory movements, figures are given for the countries with the largest population in the world, which lack water, it is indicated how the percentage of the urban population in Mexico has increased, its availability is shown and consumption of water in the country, it is made known how water is distributed in Mexico, it is mentioned how droughts have increased in the states of the Mexican Republic, the problem that exists between water and human mobility is highlighted and Finally, concussions are mentioned.
