In Mexico, the New Mexican School is governed by a humanistic approach, derived from the evolution of the design and implementation of an educational policy that was based on viewing the problem through its context and environment, that is, developing an educational policy in which The participation of direct and indirect actors, as well as the government, is included, so that a diagnosis, analysis of solutions, creation of scenarios, implementation and evaluation can be carried out to guarantee its efficiency and effectiveness. With this, equal opportunities are promoted, which is why the human right to science is valued, aimed at ensuring that society has the openness to take advantage of information, data and scientific research.
