Motivation Program for Administrative Staff in Private Companies. Case: University of Xalapa

This work deals with how in organizations it is important to carry out a study so that workers feel satisfied and consider themselves part of the company where they collaborate. Currently we live in constant changes and therefore, the systems and the way of working within an organization are changing. Finally, regarding the personal sphere, it is intended to start a new motivation program at the University of Xalapa together with a work team. Thus, the idea can have favorable results and the project that is being proposed can be carried out to continue advancing in the master's degree that is beginning.
