Defining What is Law? It is a fundamental task for every lawyer. However, far from being a concept that is clear to the entire legal community, including many definitions between the doctrine they provide a partial or incomplete. In this paper raises the guidelines to correctly define the right from a holistic perspective encompassing the triple nature of fact, value and standard as well as to consider the precise semantic context which definition is used.
