The Globalization of Labor Law and Labor Flexibility as an Incentive for Social and Economic Development

In this test the current problems of labor law I discussed in the context of economic globalization and technological advances, prompting the "labor flexibility" in its various forms, which blur the traditional labor law, characterized essentially stability in employment and employer's liability for unfair dismissal, to adopt atypical work arrangements are a reflection of the recession, where some companies impose wage cuts, outsourcing and precarious work, whose instability harms human rights and undermines worker productivity as a result of their consumption is depressed.
